We specialize in healthy cuisine, which
includes fresh fruits and vegetables (many from our own organic
garden), chicken and fish, as well as whole-grain
breads and desserts.
Snacks, gourmet trail mix and herbal teas are available throughout
the day, as well as during breaks in programs.
During warm weather, groups enjoy dining at our picnic tables
in scenic settings overlooking the pond and an outdoor barbeque
that is available throughout much of the year.
