It was a convenient stop for us and worth the money for the comfort.

Pros: It was a unique property. Our place was very clean, stylish and well supplied with everything you needed. It was very close to restaurants. There was a lot of walking trails along the water.

Cons: The surrounding area had a lot of pan handlers/homeless people and it made you uncomfortable while walking around.
