Pros: The home was thoughtfully decorated, very clean, and cozy. The amenities were well-prepared and complete, which made the stay very comfortable.
Cons: Parking was not very convenient, which was a bit of an inconvenience during the stay.

Very comfortable and lovely design apartment in a quiet neighborhood.
Pros: Everything was there to make the stay very comfortable. Good beds, good kitchen, good bathroom, comfortable living room.
Cons: For people who have trouble walking, the PATH station was a bit far, about a 20 minutes walk.

An ideal apartment for NYC sightseeing
Pros: This is an optimal place to stay for NYC sightseeing. Clean, spacious flat, quiet and safe neighbourhood. There's a well equipped kitchen and the beds are comfy, ie. not too soft. 17 minute walk to PATH station, plus 38 minutes to WTC via PATH. Or you can take an Uber for $11 to the PATH which runs every 30 minutes, easy to get home from Manhattan even at night. You can reach the grocery shop Seobra by a 10 min walk. We would come back anytime, highly recommended!

Pros: The area is nice, communication was good, and travel was easy. Every trip to/from WTC is 2,75 from there on you can use a metro card. Harrison is not NY. With walking and transport you need an hour to get to WTC. The apartment is cosy and good to relax after a long day's sightseeing. Minor things can be improved but the hosts appreciate suggestions and we're always there online
Cons: Minor issues were solved. Walls are thin so if the neighbor above is home it's quite noisy him/her walking around

Pros: It was a superb apartment. Jack and Ting were thoughtful hosts, ensuring we got our access code into the apartment on time and even sharing a video of how to use the smart lock. Apartment was well furnished, comfortable, had everything advertised and more. They left us water and soda in the fridge, coffee (which was excellent especially for me!) to ensure we didn't come into an empty house. We were a large group but felt comfortable in the apartment - there were enough towels, slippers cutlery etc to ensure we could all eat meals together when we wanted to. We'd definitely book it again!
Cons: Apartment was too cold for us at times. Seems there's a 2nd cooling system we didn't quite have access to. But we were able to compensate turning up the heat every now and then. We could've done with a blender (more of a nice to have instead of a requirement)

Výborná cena apartmánu a skvělá dostupnost NY
Pros: Majitel byl opravdu velmi vstřícný, na všem se dalo domluvit. Apartmán je dostatečně velký, vybavení výborné. Asi deset minut chůze na vlak směr NY.
Cons: V jednom pokoji horko ve druhém chladno. Chtělo by to přidat nějaké přikrývky navíc. Nejsme zvyklý na jedno povlečení na jednu postel. V okolí mi chyběl větší obchod s potravinami.

Wundervoll
Pros: Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen von New York, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. New York ist eine sehr atemberaubende aber auch sehr Reiz überflutend. Daher haben wir es sehr genossen außerhalb des Trubels unsere Unterkunft zu haben. Es war wunderbar ruhig, von dem Schulalltag haben wir wenig mitbekommen, da wir meist unterwegs waren.

Host molto gentile e capace, anche nella soluzione di piccoli inconvenienti e contrattempi.
Pros: Struttura molto pulita e dotata di tutti i confort anche per cucinare. Molto facile raggiungere i trasporti per Manhattan.
Cons: Nulla, solo qualche verifica maggiore per la gestione dei codici di accesso.
