Pros: The apartment was lovely and bright, clean, had great facilities for cooking and washing our clothes. There was a cafe, restaurant, shop, pub and train station within walking distance. Also, had lovely views of NYC!

Overall, the apartment itself was great, but the inconsistent communication from the management was disappointing.

Pros: The apartment was great — all the utensils and household items were in perfect condition and worked well. The location was really convenient and in a nice area, just few minutes from the city. Overall, the flat matched the description in the ad.

Cons: The downside was the communication. It seems like several different people manage the messages, so I ended up receiving mixed or contradictory information more than once. For example, with early check-in and late check-out, I had to repeatedly show proof that I’d already paid for the extra time. The amount of information they send can also feel a bit overwhelming. There was very little flexibility around check-in/check-out, and not being able to store luggage in the building or apartment was inconvenient.

Wonderful apartment with great views

Pros: ,It is a beautiful and spacious apartment close to the light train and the bus stop. Well furnished, with really comfortable beds.. It is exactly as shown in the photos. Magnificent views of Manhattan. We had a great stay.

Pros: Fantastic, really tasteful and well-appointed, good-sized apartment in a super convenient location with incredible views. Modern, clean and very comfortable with all amenities included. Host was exceptionally responsive and made our stay easy and very enjoyable. Loved it!

A wonderful stay in a great apartment

Pros: Elegantly decorated apartment in a newer apartment building in Hoboken with beautiful views of the Manhattan skyline. Fully equipped with absolutely everything you need (mircowave, stove, fridge, freezer, cookingware, washer, dryer, hairdryer, you name it). 24 hour concierge service and several common areas such as lobby, fitness center, swimming pool, game room and rooftop terraces. Located in a nice neighbourhood with a huge ShopRite grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance. 100 meters to the LightRail station that takes you directly to Hoboken Terminal or Exchange Place with multiple ferry and train (Path) options to Manhattan. Ferry takes 8-10 minutes and Path train about the same. Hoboken also has several bars and restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking from the apartment. The apartment building also features a private shuttle service during morning and afternoon hours. We, a family og four with two teenagers, spent 7 days and had a wonderful time.

Pros: Skvělý výhled, krb, prostor, teplo, vana, pračka - vůbec nelitujete, že už jste unaveni a nemůžete zůstat ve městě - ten výhled to 100% kompenzuje - top👍

Cons: Nebyly šálky na kávu a hodil by se sušák na prádlo a tvrdší postel, ale to jsou jen detaily. Občas obtížnější dojíždění do a z města (svátky, víkendy), ale to vyvážil výhled na Hoboken.

Delizioso appartamento a Hoboken

Pros: L'appartamento è esattamente come nella descrizione: spazioso, curato, pulito, con una grande cucina e una vista strepitosa. La struttura ha una serie di servizi per gli ospiti tra cui una bella terrazza dove è possibile utilizzare i barbecue e i tavoli. Abbiamo apprezzato i letti, veramente molto comodi. La zona è molto sicura e tranquilla ed è possibile raggiungere Port Authority Bus of New York in 15/20 minuti o in alternativa tramite la metropolitana leggera e La Port Authority Trans-Hudson che è una linea metropolitana che collega il distretto di Manhattan della città di New York a Hoboken. Consigliato.

Cons: Non mi è piaciuta la comunicazione con lo staff. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a reperire le chiavi perché dai messaggi inviati e dal video descrittivo queste dovevano essere ritirate in una cassetta di sicurezza da aprire con un codice, ma dopo aver perso del tempo con l'aiuto del portiere (sempre presente) le abbiamo trovate in una busta esterna alla cassetta. L'appartamento doveva essere pronto per 4 persone ma al nostro arrivo il divano letto non era stato preparato. Fortunatamente era disponibile nell'armadio tutto l'occorrente e lo abbiamo preparato noi. Abbiamo richiesto una sedia in più (sono presenti solo 3 sedie) e comunicato che una tenda era sganciata dal soffitto ma nonostante le rassicurazioni tramite messaggio, durante il nostro soggiorno (8 notti) le nostre richieste non sono state accolte.
