We had a very nice stay. Except parking ticket incident. Very comfortable apartment.
Pros: We cooked our own breakfast. Good facilities available. Poor location for parking.
Cons: Light outside was not working we couldn't see the lock box. Light on the stairs was not working.

Excellent value for large apartment in street quiet at night, handy to public transport.
Pros: Very large, nicely decorated 3 bedroom apartment. Excellent kitchen for cooking Large screen TV Handy to bus into station Very kind, ost helpful owner Lots of towels Good shower
Cons: Very soft beds, uncomfortable NO top sheets on beds!! Not quite enough cookware if there had been 4-6 people staying No off street parking

Just like home
Pros: • The apartment was clean and had all the amenities. • We traveled in winter, and it was well-heated. It is spacious and bright. • Public transport to visit places like Liberty Park is only a 10-minute walk away, making it easily accessible. • There are shops nearby, including a greengrocer that sells fresh fruits and vegetables. • There’s also plenty of street parking available.
Cons: Without a car, it’s far from JFK, But connections from Manhattan are easy.

Clean facility, restaurants galore around the corner. Very convenient location.
Pros: Convenient location, a quick around the corner to restaurants, grocery stores, Dunkin’ Donuts, Ice cream shop, library and a lot of other things. 4 minutes from the highway. Host was very nice and responsive. This will be my go to place when I’m in town. I already booked her for my next visit.
Cons: My dislikes has nothing to do with the actual home but more to do with street parking. Circling the block for parking is a true Jersey City thing. Parking is horrible.

Vacanza a New York
Pros: Casa accogliente calda e pulita con tutto quello che serve per una vacanza, ben servita dai mezzi , la metro per New York raggiungibile con 10 minuti di autobus , in 40 minuti dall'appartamento si raggiunge WTC a New York , quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso.

Pros: L’appartamento è spazioso e, anche se non l’abbiamo vissuto molto, abbiamo sicuramente apprezzato il letto morbido e la vasca da bagno con acqua calda e bel getto. Janice è molto disponibile e risponde rapidamente ai messaggi, le bottigliette d’acqua che abbiamo trovato in appartamento al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatti sentire a casa!
Cons: Per chi però, come noi, vuole trascorrere la vacanza a New York, la posizione non è delle migliori: i mezzi pubblici ci sono ma, per raggiungere Manhattan, ci vuole quasi un’ora. Certo, riteniamo che il prezzo tenga conto di questo fattore e che sia assolutamente onesto.

Pros: Appartamento spazioso con tutti i comfort possibili. Era come essere a casa. Pulizia impeccabile. Ben collegata con autobus, path per raggiungere NY a 3km di distanza.

Pros: A ház jól felszerelt volt. Viszonylag közel volt a buszmegálló. Volt a közelben bolt. A szállásadóval gyors és jó volt a kommunikáció. Jó internet.
Cons: A környék nem volt túl biztonságos.. Manhattan busszal kicsit messze volt.
