A nice, big, two-level apartment. I would definitely stay there again!

Pros: We liked the flat and its location. We appreciated the number of rooms and bathrooms, which was ideal for our family of four adults, each with their own room. Everything was great — I would stay there again!

Cons: Nothing much. Maybe it was a bit noisy from the street, but you can't expect anything else in a big city!

Pros: Very nice and spacious apartment close to public transport. As a family of 5 there was sufficient room for all of us. There are several restaurants around as well as a little grocery store right across the street. Perfect location for a family visiting NY / NJ

Pros: Location Air conditioning Lots of bathrooms Nice deck Main floor sleeping area was convenient.

Cons: Needs a good cleaning- walls, doors had dirty marks, register in downstairs bathroom dirty and some mold around the rubber on the washer. Top hinge broken on the deck door. Needs more towels. Pillows need replaced, flat and uncomfortable.

Nice flat

Pros: The location of the appartment was very good. There's a Fast Park in front of the building (15-20$ per night). The appartment was clean and had 4 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. The atmosphere is nice, with brick and wood decoration in an old building.

Cons: The street noise (whatever the floor) was rather loud, The windows would need to be more insulated. The flow of the shower on the 3rd floor (next to the big bedroom) was rather weak.

Idealne miejsce na pobyt w NYC

Pros: Rewelacyjne miejsce, bardzo mili i pomocni gospodarze. Dom przestronny i w pełni wyposażony. 3 min piechotą od kolejki Path, która jedzie bezpośrednio na WTC ( tylko 2 przystanki ). Polecam serdecznie dla dużej rodziny/ grupy znajomych.

Excellent choice for group stay in Jersey City,NYC close!

Pros: Good location for PATH train to Manhattan. Vibrant neighborhood w/many food options. The apartment is nicely laid out for a group,with separate bedrooms and clean bathrooms. VERY comfortable!

Cons: Be aware that there are stairs from the street ,and then to and within the apartment. Not a problem for us ,but be careful!

Pros: Beautiful, historic brownstone in a lovely neighborhood. The terrace was such a nice addition, especially in September.

Pros: Location was great . Lots of space for our entire family . Clean and comfortable

Cons: Some of the air conditioners could be updated- the temperature fluctuated at night . Blinds let in a lot of light - having blackout shades would be better in the bedrooms
