Perfect

Pros: I like how I have everything I need for my stay. It was comfortable and I had my privacy. It's also affordable and just a ferry away from Manhattan. 😊

A nice little one bedroom apartment not far from NYC, great for solo travelers.

Pros: It’s a really nice little clean apartment, great for a solo traveler with all the things you really need. The neighborhood is nice and there is great access to NY City through public transit. Also the value is really good. The host was also very accommodating.

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that the A/C is controlled separately, but the host was very accommodating (he offered a separate A/C unit, but I was leaving the next day anyways). Parking is a bit iffy, there’s no dedicated parking, but I was able to find a spot on the street not far away. But the neighborhood is very nice.
