Decent place, worth the money.

Pros: Very close to Broadway & Amsterdam Avenue - it is a great plus.

I would rent it again : )

Pros: 1st floor & secure safe access. Clean & cozy with kitchen tools. 5-minute walk from easy transits. 10-minute walk from central park. Groceries close by.

Cons: Lots of rats out front in the garbage area, but I think that is normal for NYC.
