2 Bedroom Modern Unit in Central Manhattan

Great location and great value for a central NY location

Pros: Great property in good location in Midtown NY- easy access to all things a family wants to do on foot; Museums, Central Park, Times Square etc. Honest, no frills acclamation that’s perfect if you’re on a budget and planning to be out for most do the day and need enough beds for a family to sleep.

Cons: Lack of windows- don’t stay here if you want to hang in apartment and enjoy a view… and very noisy (in terms of hearing footsteps etc from upstairs). No washing machine.

Pros: L'emplacement très pratique, proche des métros et des commodités

Cons: Mauvaise isolation dans une chambre, chaleur intense dans le salon et la salle de bain. Espace très petit, idéal pour dormir pendant des vacances mais pas pour se poser tellement.

Gran ubicación. Excelente relación precio calidad .

Pros: Excelente ubicación. A 3 cuadras de columbus circle el Metro y central park y a 10 cuadras de time square Muchos deli y restaurantes cerca Ideal para 4 personas.

Pros: Apparemment très bien placé et très bien équipé. Personnel très réactif et arrangeant.

Cons: Logement mal insonorisé et voisins très bruyants. Assez petit mais on est rentré à 4. Manque des portes serviettes dans la salle de bain qui est très petite où on ne peut pas poser les affaires.

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo anche se con qualche pecca.

Pros: Posizione ottima, appartamento dotato di quello che serve, non aspettatevi il lusso, le camere sono piccoline ma comunque il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono. Ottima comunicazione con lo staff!

Cons: Le finestre affacciano su cavedi interni e c'è poca luce, gli asciugamani avevano delle macchie gialle e abbiamo utilizzato quelli che avevamo portato noi. Peccato, sarebbe bastato poco per avere un bel servizio.

Good location and impressive how they made a smaller space very functionable.

Pros: Location and clean enough The Rental Consult team really tried to make things right and correct things based on my concerns. They fixed the AC that wasn't working and added items missing as requested.

Cons: There was not a single towel rack or hook to hang anything in the bathroom. There was nowhere to put anything. No counter space and since it was only a commercial toilet, without a lid or a back, you couldn’t put anything on the toilet either. Honestly, didn't love the bathroom! But it's functional and does the job though some above the toilet storage and a hook or towel rack would be incredibly helpful and appreciated. Also, the key would not work in the back door, which is a fire hazard.

Good apartment in Manhattan

Pros: In Manhattan, an apartment of this value is a gem. Over all, the apartment was well furnished too, for accommodation of 5 people.

Cons: Air Conditioners of the apartment were not working and due to small size and limited ventilation, the apartment got super hot. Upon repeated attempts with the apartment managers, the issue remained unsolved and we had to sleep in inconvenience. Even though the reply from the apartment staff was prompt, but it was only limited to the messages, and no practical solution.

We really had a great stay, in fact I recommended it to some friends who asked me about a place to stay.

Pros: In a good location , clean property and a super nice an efficient staff .

Cons: We really didn't dislike anything. If I had one recommendation, it would be very simple: putting mirrors in the rooms to make things more comfortable. But the reality is that the property is very comfortable.

Consigliato

Pros: Posizione comoda, appartamento con due camere da letto e una piccola zona cucina comunque comoda. Lo staff è sempre stato disponibile, non lo abbiamo mai incontrato ma ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni in modo chiaro e tempestivo.

Cons: Il bagno, effettivamente molto molto piccolo.

Segura y muy agradable

Pros: La ubicación , el barrio y la facilidad de acceso y alojamiento. Así como la atención y facilidades de los anfitriones tanto para la llegada así como durante la estancia y la marcha, muy atentos y eficaces!

Cons: La iluminación y ventilacion deficiente
