We will be back, much like those who have stayed previously, so get in quickly to avoid disappointment.

Pros: The property is perfectly located for seeing all of New York. It’s right next to the subway, and if you turn right and walk straight, you’re in Times Square in just 15 minutes. You really couldn’t ask for a more convenient base. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It provided everything — and more — that we needed. It’s comfortable, clean, modern, and has a genuine home‑like feel that gives a real sense of security. A special mention goes to Eduardo, Austin, and Mauricio, who were exceptional from start to finish. Their communication before, during, and after our stay was flawless. They consistently provided helpful information — often before we even asked — and their attention to detail genuinely set them apart. Of all the properties I’ve stayed at, I truly believe these three showed the most care, consideration, and effort to ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommended — we would return without hesitation.

Group of 5 had an amazing stay!

Pros: Dollar for dollar, location for location this spot was fantastic. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and a bathroom is unheard of at this price and was a ln easy decision to meet our needs with a group of 5. The surrounding area was still very NY, and if you’re expecting to not run into the occasional houseless person or general weirdo, you probably shouldn’t come to NY to begin with. We walked most places and had amazing food over our 5 day stay. Easy access to grocery, dining, coffee, breakfast was wonderful. Would stay again for sure! Although there are some planning considerations (that most won’t have an issue with) that I’ll go into more detail on the “did not like” section.

Cons: I am a professional comic artist that stayed for NYCC. The only major gripe I encountered (not the fault of the property owner) was two narrow staircases that I needed to lug my 90lb Pelican case up, and then, down. I had to do this alone on arrival as my additional guests did not come in until 2 days later. Having help definitely, well, helped. But you will need to consider this if you have large or heavy luggage. We came in from Portland and have lived in apartments on major streets, so the consistent late night street noise is nothing new for us. If you are used to quiet nights, be prepared. Bring white noise machines, or soft ear plugs to help. The window AC units are also a good noise cancellation option as well. That being said, street noise in NY is to be expected. So that should not be a surprise for any stay almost anywhere in NY. Overall very happy with our stay. If we had to get 2 double/queen hotel rooms we would’ve paid twice the price. So this was a bargain.

Perfect, friendly place to stay - like your own home in New York!

Pros: Lovely location - Chelsea is a great neighbourhood, safe and fool of lovely spots. Apartment is perfect for a group of 4, with very efficient air conditioning (it was a very hot week in NY!), and all necessary equipment. Most importantly, there was coffee machine 😁 It felt very much like home, so comfortable!!! The hosts were very helpful, provided plenty of useful tips.

Pros: Location !! , Location !! , Location . A few block from Madison Square Garden, Times Square . Easy access for the metro , you’ll get your exercise everyday going up and down the stairs. Shower was great. I’m definitely going to recommend this place to stay

Cons: N/A - don’t eat at the burger joint downstairs, not good but listen to the recommendations they provide, very good 👍🏽

Pros: L'emplacement de l'appartement etait parfait, et il etait confortable pour notre groupe de 4. Les proprios étaient dispos en cas de besoin.

Cons: L'environnement est bruyant, car en plein centre-ville. Pensez à amener des bouchons :)

Spacious, clean & in a prime location.

Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable. The hosts were communicative and kind. Everything we needed was available to us. We were all pleasantly surprised at the size of the place. For the cost, it wasn't like most NY apartments. It was very spacious! The location was perfect. A subway entrance is literally steps away. We always felt safe. The shower & water pressure are great. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything, Mauricio & Eduardo! Keep up the great work!

Cons: I have only two things I think are worth mentioning, for future guests. In the Booking.com listing, under \
