Perfect location, best price in NY

Pros: The location was absolutely perfect for Chinatown, and the space was just right for the four of us. The apartment had everything we needed. The host was friendly and the communication was very good and quick. We received detailed instructions for check-in. The apartment was clean and the price was really good for New York.

Cons: The air conditioning unit was quite loud at times.

Great location for getting to see all NYC offers.

Pros: The place was a perfect size for 4 people. Kitchen and sitting area were an added bonus. There is a parking ramp right next door so no need looking for a place to park.

Pros: L'appartement était bien équipé avec 2 chambres et une cuisine et une salle de bains

Cons: L'entrée de l'immeuble ainsi que le couloir pour accéder à l'appartement étaient sales et ne donnent pas envie d'entrer surtout quand on arrive le soir.

Kleines, funktionales Apartment in sehr guter Lage.

Pros: Das Apartment bietet genau das was die Anzeige beschreibt. Ja, die Dusche ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber man weiß vorher was auf einen zukommt. Zudem ist das Objekt zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die Lage ist natürlich überragend. Die Betten sind bequem und das Hauptschlafzimmer ist (für New Yorker Verhältnisse) regelrecht groß. Die Gastgeberin hat immer sehr zeitnah und sehr freundlich auf alle möglichen Fragen geantwortet.
