Bold Manhattan Base in Prime Nolita

Sehr gute Lage, Ausstattung

Pros: Die Lage. Kommunikation mit den Managern. Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine etc. Sogar Shampoo ect. hatte es. Genügend Tücher, wc Papier etc.

Cons: Sofabett musste zuerst selber hergerichtet werden. Aber das ist etwas kleines. Die Sauberkeit. Oberflächlich war sehr sauber, genau hinschauen jedoch besser nicht. Es zieht extrem bei den Fenstern wo die Klimaanlage eingebaut wurde. Wir waren nach der 1. Nacht alle krank. Da muss dringend etwas unternommen werden, zumal das schob einige male erwähnt wurde. Bad blättert die ganze Wand ab.

Great location, nice apt but not in the cold

Pros: It was a first floor apartment. We had space for ourselves. Small nice kitchen and the living room was very nice

Cons: It was cold! It’s a first floor with big windows. In each room there was a window AC that drought in much cold wind. With the 2 heaters in the apartment we had to have sweaters on and a poncho. Getting out of the shower was brutal.

A great location in the city, a good place to rest your head at night.

Pros: Location is great! You're close to so many places to eat/drink/shop and explore. It also felt really safe to walk around. Both the sofa bed and regular bed were comfy. Kitchen had all the things you need.

Cons: Its definitely cozy for 3 people. But they did a really great job with the space they had. The shower needs a little work but the water pressure and water heat worked fine.

Idea, quiet location for 2-4 people walkable to charming streets, hot spots and the subway.

Pros: Location was ideal for Little Italy, Chinatown, SoHo, Old Phot Booth, etc. the surround shops were quaint, clean and unique. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. The actually property inside was cute, simple and clean.

Cons: The seals around the windows where the window A/C units are let in a LOT of cold air, like you feel a breeze coming in. It would be better if it could be better sealed and have a more adequate barrier for insulation in the rooms.

Great location, quiet, comfortable, and convenient.

Pros: The property is located just off East Houston Street with lots of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The visitor can find whatever they need to make breakfast. Checking in is easy and we had no problems at all during our 2-night stay. Very quiet location but so close to everything Chinatown has to offer.

Cons: We stayed Wednesday and Thursday nights for a reasonable rate. But the price was going to go up significantly if we stayed over Friday night.

Amazing Nolita stay!

Pros: Amazing location in Nolita! We loved being able to step right out to cafés and little boutiques. The apartment was well stocked and very clean. Communication from the host was prompt and friendly. Perfect location for exploring Manhattan!

Hermoso lugar cerca a todo, perfecto para familia de 4

Pros: El apartamento queda ubicado en el hermoso barrio de Nolita cerca a Soho, es muy lindo y agradable. Además queda cerca al metro y tiene cerca mi restaurante favorito de pizza.

Cons: Revisar el ruido del aire condicionado de la habitación.

Pros: El Piso es muy cómodo y tiene todos los servicios que funcionan perfecto y todo a disposición. Espacio de guardado tanto en la habitación como en el living se agradecen para un hospedaje en NYC. EL barrio es increible y la cuadra super tranquila, cerca del metro para conectarnos con cualquier punto de Manhattan o Brooklyn.

Cons: El único aspecto menos positivo es que cuenta con poca refrigeración, el aire acondicionado de la habitación es muy ruidoso y no se puede mantener prendido durante la noche con lo cual sufrimos bastante el calor.
