great location and good to have somewhere to kickback at end of day

Pros: East Village has a very cool vibe, and plenty of great food choices for all times of day. Easy access to subway station (5 to 10 minutes walk). We booked the duplex which had large and comfortable kitchen and sitting areas, great for relaxing after a busy day sight-seeing.

Cons: Air conditioning could do with upgrading as street noise meant impossible to sleep with windows open

Pros: Great location, close to subway stations and lots of restaurants. Very tidy unit, comfortable and well isolated from other units.

Cons: Be careful with older people as there are lots of stairs.

Pros: I had an amazing stay in this New York City apartment! The location was perfect—close to all the best attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it super easy to explore the city. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and provided helpful tips for things to do in the area. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting NYC, and I would definitely stay here again!

Value for money

Pros: I really recommend this place if you are staying for a few days and you are with friends wanting to spend the day outside exploring NYC. It is clean and you have everything you need. Don’t expect anything spectacular but really value for money, considering the high prices of NYC.

Cons: The only thing I have to let’s say complain about is that the host send us a coupon for Lyft-Uber and by the time I tried to use it during my stay it was already used.

Pros: Great location. Excellent and prompt communication with the owner who was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: Just a few instructions on how to use the A/C /heating unit would be useful as the apartment was a little cool in November. It just took us a while to figure out the heating mode but that may also be because we werent used to American style of heating !

Great value for money. Fantastic location and customer service.

Pros: The location is outstanding. The room was very spacious and we also had access to the kitchen on the same level so it really felt like we had a whole apartment incl kitchen to ourselves. The space is warmly decorated and even though it's on the budget side, it felt a lot more authentic and New York esque than a stylish air bnb or a hotel room. The staff were great and we could leave our luggage in the property post check out which was really helpful. I would love to stay again!

Cons: The bathroom and shower were very tight and it was challenging to move around. The stairs were really steep and carrying luggage up and down was challenging.

Spacious and clean East Village Apartment.

Pros: We loved the location of the apartment. Easy subway access, lots of restaurants/cafe's close to apartment. By New York standards the apartment ( Duplex) is pretty spacious. Definitely would stay at the Duplex apartment again if we stay in East Village. Host communication was excellent. Maybe because it was 4th of July week and many New Yorkers are out of town we did not have any issues with noise. Again, by New York standards, NYC is a noisy city, but compared to other places we have stayed in NYC this apartment was less noisy.
