Pros: Good location, clean nice place, with all the details on hand ( coffee pods, washer detergent, kitchen utensils, cooking oil, seasoning....almost everything. Recommend! Very good for family, walking distance you can get eveyting , grocery city hall, love park ....

Cons: Washer and dryer bit not match with other facilities. The bedroom at the end ogmf the hallway lack of wifi signal and AC is not colling enough. Luckily host provide a fan in the room, with open door it helps. Overall, very good place for family 👪, highly recommended.

Pros: The location was great. The place was clean and had everything that was stated.

Cons: The beds were really firm, and by the last day, my back was hurting.

Pros: Vanaf het appartement waren zowel Indepence Hall, Liberty Bell, Rocky Steps als winkelstraat en eetgelegenheden makkelijk bereikbaar. Ook waren bij de grote flat-TV zenders inbegrepen.

Pros: Die Lage hinter den Convention Center ist Klasse. Im ersten Moment steht die Straße nicht vertrauenserweckend aus. Aber der Schein trügt. Kleiner Shop an der Ecke. Sieht auch in ersten Moment schäbig aus. Aber wir hatten einen der nettesten Gespräche mit den Inhaber. Direkt in der Stadt an den Markthallen. Dort zu frühstücken ist sensationell. Die Ausstattung ist gut.

Cons: Für Wohnung ist schwer warm zu halten bzw zu bekommen. Aber das ist auch nicht wirklich ein Problem.... Macht euch auf horrende Parkkosten gefasst. Dafür kann aber die Unterkunft nix. Das ist in Philadelphia einfach so und muss eingepreist werden.

Slušné bydlení, hlučná klimatizace

Pros: 3 ložnice, vybavené kuchyně, kde byla k dispozici káva, čaj, cukr

Cons: Velmi prudké schody do ubytování. Pokud po nich někdo jde, je to slyšet. Neuvěřitelně hlučná klimatizace, takže se stejně nedá přes noc používat. Wifina byla dost špatná.

Pros: La ubicación, el tamaño del apartamento y habitaciones.

Cons: Baño muy antiguo y falta de mantenimiento y de pintura en paredes y puertas. Falta de limpieza del suelo. Tiene un sofá y mesitas de noche quemadas por cigarrillos. Una nevera estropeada que no se sabe hacia en la cocina.

Pros: Great location close to Reading Terminal Market with a parking lot virtually across the street. Roomy and modern and very clean. Even equipped with the basics to cook with like oil and salt brsides pots and pans. We were psyched to find a keurig with pods, creamer and sugar. Very easy to get in touch w the host, who was very accomodating. Easy to use electronic locks.

Cons: Slow leak in the fridge caused water to slowly pool on the kitchen floor and inside the fridge. The host did offer to send someone to fix it but by the time we heard back it didn't seem worth it as we were checking out the next day, though we appreciated the offer. Slow enough leak that we could manage, and the host let us check out an hour late, which was nice.
