Family stay with no streess

Pros: Very close to Philly attractions Space good enough

Cons: No parking associated with the flat: very expensive to park in the street or at valet parking

Nice place right in the heart of Philadelphia

Pros: Great location, good amenities. Building has good facilities and the staff are lovely. Really has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Philly!

Cons: One of our bedrooms didn’t have a window or any ventilation (although it did have a fan which worked well).

Pros: It’s a great location, very decent size, 2 bathrooms, and great value for a family of 4. Walking distance to City Center & U Penn. Groceries and food market across the street. Safe and reassuring surroundings.

great location, very few things to do/change to make it perfect

Cons: sofa bed too small and not comfortable to sleep on heating system a bit noisy

Cons: Practically nothing execration that the Air conditioner has only one control which makes it difficult for us to make separate adjustments

I would surely come back

Pros: The place was clean, organized and really nice. Furniture is well maintained and the staff is quickly and well organized.

Cons: The only complaint I can do is that my coffee machine wasn’t working , however, I could use the coffee machine at the reception so I didn’t really have any problems at the end.
