Pros: We found this apartment for a last-minute trip and got a great deal through Booking. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and assisted me with anything I required.

Cons: The air conditioning didn’t provide heating. We tried contacting the host, but it still didn’t work. It might have been our fault for not knowing how to turn the heat on. That’s the only downside to this place.

Pros: Simple and comfy for having a place near Center City without paying Center City prices. Very clean and simple with all the amenities and basic needs you could want.

Cons: Heads up about the stairs, just for future reference would be great. Luckily, my colleague had recovered from his ailments.

Pros: Nos encantó. Los espacios son muy amplios, cabíamos 8. y tuvimos la suerte de que nos tocara el apartamento con mesa de billar. Había mucho silencio (el club de al lado ha cerrado). Cercano a todo lo importante para ver en Filadelfia.

Cons: El sistema de calefacción era muy irregular.

Pros: The little things made it great. The coffee, detergent for washing clothes, folded towels on the bed.

Cons: Nothing really.

Pros: The setup is very nice, and the location is walking distance to a lot in the Philly area.

Cons: There is a fire station across the way, and the sirens were very active. Also, the club downstairs was aloud at times. There were minor cosmetic things in the apartment that need to be addressed. We were on the third floor, and they have no elevator. Other than these things no complaints.
