Fantastic apartment in a great area

Pros: A wonderful apartment in a great, safe area. Well provisioned, comfortable beds and great size. Hosts were great at communicating and we loved having a PIN code rather than carrying keys.

Cons: Minor detail but the large mat in main room needs taping down on edges as it is a bit of a trip hazard. Some people may not like the 4 flights of stairs so maybe warn about that.

Pros: Excellent location, clean and well equipped apartment.

Cons: It’s up four flights of stairs, grotty stairwell and the patio is shared with other apartments.

Pros: Amazing location, the apartment was clean and it had everything we needed, the hosts where amazing

Beautiful, well equipped apartment in great location

Pros: Beautiful apartment, had absolutely everything I could have wanted for a very comfortable stay. The location was perfect, walking distance from all the places I wanted to visit.

Pros: Location was great and the apartment was spacious with great amenities. Also with stores for basic needs are just around the corner.

Cons: Nothing, just to mention a little more dusting will improve the rating of the apartment.

Very comfortable quiet stay in the heart of Philadelphia.

Pros: Nice, spacious comfortable apartment. It was quiet and very clean and neat. Good communication with host although I never saw anyone in person - everything was done with codes and emails. Good location with respect to Rittenhouse Square and Septa stations. I would try to do it again if I need to spend time in Philadelphia.

Cons: 59 step climb to the door of the apartment from the street. OK for me, but would not work for someone who cannot handle stairs. Would like to have parking, but I guess that's not possible.

Everyone needs to stay at Rafa atleast once.

Pros: Excellent location, very quaint, cute. Very quiet.

If I ever come back to Philadelphia, I will 100% stay here again.

Pros: Great location, very walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops. The apartment was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony/outdoor patio was also very spacious. The kitchen was great, very clean, lots of wine glasses, and I appreciated the coffee maker and tea kettle.

Cons: There is not parking included with the apartment, but there is a lot half a block away, as well as street parking and a couple of parking decks nearby. I also wish there had been a regular height table outside (there were three chairs and a low little end table), but that was mostly because I wanted to work outside, so I wouldn't call that a negative so much as something that would have made it just a little more perfect.

Lovely stay but a little less comfortable than we would have liked.

Pros: The apartment was nicely appointed and had a well-stocked kitchen.

Cons: The bed was somewhat soft--this was not so much of a problem for one person sleeping alone but for two, it sunk in the middle. The corner of the carpet rolled up in a way that could be a tripping hazard. A shade screen on the patio door in the bedroom would be helpful. We were aware of the walk up of four floors but it would be a concern if people were unaware of this.
