Pros: The view was phenomenal, looking into the heart of Philly. Unit was clean and brightly lit. Entrance and hallways were similarly well maintained. Staff were friendly, talkative and helpful.

Cons: Little things, like the stove being too far out, keeping the silverware drawer from opening past the first knob. The one cutting knife having it's blade bent in am awkward spot. Nothing major, just little annoyances.
