Clover 2900 - Apartment and Rooms with Private Bathroom near Washington Ave South Philly

Good value of money!

Pros: The location is good. Room & kitchen was good.

Cons: The cleaning service needs to improve.

Pros: Location, cleanlineas, the kitchen was well equipped (except for cutlery)

Cons: Poor internet connection, TV didn't work

Short, but pleasant visit.

Pros: Clean place with a nice carpet everywhere. It smelled nice and was just as described. The contact person was very helpful. It was close to the subway, but also walking to important places didn't take much time.

Cons: The door lock once stopped working for me, but I got help from the contact person. Also, I know it wasn't in the description, but even a small fridge would be nice to have in the room.

Pros: Location, value for money (you get what you pay for)

Pros: Good location, and the bed quality was OK. the stuff was very helpful, they tried to help me with the code

Cons: Room was very small there was no place to hang anything. We had to put all our staff on the floor, there was not even a chair, Water was cold, there was no hot water. We had to take shower in the winter in cold water during days.

Affordable and pleasant stay.

Pros: Property is well located and like all others in the south Philly hosted in an old house with some renovation. Apartment and bathroom were clean, fresh sheets and linen. AC was already on when I arrived, which was a nice touch - it was very hot outside. It’s a few blocks from South Broad Street and B1 Subway station. There’s a supermarket and bars around.

Cons: The Wifi speeds were erratic and unstable. I wouldn’t recommend for work or any streaming service.

When in South Philly, there’s no place like Clover 2900!

Pros: I liked the fact that I couldn’t hear the car alarms from my room. Good wall insulation.

Cons: The old shag carpet. I would prefer astroturf.

Pros: Es cómodo y las habitaciones son espaciosas. Además, está cerca del centro de la ciudad, en una zona no peligrosa y tiene comercios o tiendas cerca.

Cons: Estaría bien disponer de nevera/microondas. Además, deben tener más cuidado con la limpieza.

It was a nice stay. Luckily my room didn’t have a small bed or anything but the rooms are small but some are a nice size

Pros: It was convenient for work. Setup like a rooming house but labeled as apartment units (although it’s simply a room).

Cons: That each floor without a private bathroom uses the same bathroom on the first floor.

Un lugar tranquilo

Pros: Ubicación ideal, cercano a estación de metro y paradas de bus. Las instalaciones son cómodas, muy amplias y con todo lo necesario para un buen descanso.

Cons: Todo estuvo bastante aceptable. Recomendaría dar un poco de mantenimiento general a las instalaciones, nada específico.
