Great place, excellent value.

Pros: Very cool, safe neighborhood. There is a Whole Foods just a ten minute walk away and I enjoyed using the kitchen to prepare a few meals. There are also several cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. I was a little suspicious when I booked the stay, but the apartment was exactly as pictured. Very clean, everything worked and everything was spotless. The bedroom in the back was more than quiet enough for me and I slept well. The host was very responsive, responsible and welcoming. He was easy to reach and to communicate with.
