Great little stopover place with lots of care and attention .

Pros: The host has obviously put a lot of thought into what you may need as a guest. There are a lot of extras around that you could need . The kitchen is well stocked with basic oils, spices, kitchen roll etc. it’s a small apartment but very well designed . The washing machine and dryer area was a bonus too. Great place.

Cons: It took a little longer to get into the downtown centre - a trolley bus and then a subway - but still easy enough.

My friend and I went to see the sights of Philly and check out colleges .

Pros: TJ's place was an amazing stay. She was very considerate and gave us a great renovated place to stay. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean and put together. 2 blocks from the trolley to Center City. Great for a weekend for a trip to Philly.

Cons: Nothing in particular was negative; the experience exceeded standards for price.

Alone at the age of 22, and living on my own for 3 days 😭😭 WORTH IT.

Pros: It is so welcoming, the owner puts out a nice gift basket, a clean room, and just a homey room. Im glad it came with a kitchen, otherwise my food i brought wasnt able to be cooked!

Cons: Again, im not from philly, so city life is not me. I only came for work, but with the snowstorm we had, it hit them bad and so roads are very clogged and alleys are ICEY. It was hard for my car to go through but it made it.

Pros: I love everything about it. The area, the comfy cozy apartment that's private. All the amenities that were available. All furnished. For the cost you can't go wrong, 15 min from.doentown area. Will definitely be reebooking!!!
