Really enjoyed it and would certainly recommend it

Pros: Great traditional house. Almost like staying in a museum with lots of interesting bits & pieces. Relaxing and homely.

Cons: Maybe more choice for breakfast. Lacking fruit options and a few other foods.

Charming accommodation and a great location

Pros: Lovely B&B in a great location. Charmingly furnished with creeky floors - but in style with the house. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Home from home.

Pros: We stayed in The Robin’s Nest - it was homely, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. We liked the decor, and the laid back atmosphere of the guesthouse - an honesty box, interesting artwork, games, nice communal places to sit - the Adirondack chairs on the porch were lovely. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful; guests sat together and chatted. Montgomery is a delightful place - we enjoyed the hospitality at the Irish pub, just a short stroll away. Our stay was so relaxing - we only stayed for one night, on our tour of the Catskills. Next time, when we visit New York again, we hope to stay longer.

The only old style house available miles around

Pros: Old traditional house with a lot of charm. Very spacious room and great seating areas both inside and outside with the nice garden. Super comfortable bed !

Cons: The air conditioning was not working well and it’s impossible to open the window. We had a hard time to find sleep.
