Sunny Apt by the park Mins away from midtown New York

We had a great stay in a calm neighborhood, with a very responsive host and a comfortable shared space.

Pros: We had a great stay with my girlfriend. We were two women and, contrary to what some might think, we did not find the neighborhood unsafe at all. On the contrary, it was quite calm, which was very pleasant when coming back in the evening. The accommodation has a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. We especially appreciated the good selection of coffee, tea, and the biscuits provided. Jimmy is very responsive, whenever we had a question, he replied quickly, which we really appreciated. The only small downside is that there could be a bit more kitchenware, such as glasses or plates. Overall, we highly recommend this place!

Safe and Clean

Pros: The place is very cozy, I stayed in a very cold week and my room was perfectly warm, the location is awesome right in the corner you could take a bus to go to NY and it will take just 18 minutes, neighborhood feels safe and you could get small markets nearby and the host was very diligent and gave us clear information, definitely a good place if you want to stay close to NY city

Good

Pros: For this money is really worthy. Room is nice and clean as it bathroom. Neighborhood is also quite.

Cons: Its a bit hard to get to manhattan in the early morning hours.

Pros: Very nice bedroom and private bathroom, both clean and organized. The kitchen was well equiped and we also had access to a washing machine. They provided coffee, cereal and pasta for free. The neighborhood was quiet.

Cons: The kitchen started to get a bit dirty, but that was because of the other guests that had no sense of a shared space, not the ower's fault. Since the house is in Jersey, we had to take a bus to get to NY. This bus is not included in the Metrocard, so the week or mothly pass doesn't work and you have to pay almost 4 dollars extra to go and come back from Manhattan. But we knew that when we made the reservation and all the infos regarding the location were transparent. So, again, not the ower's or the property's fault.

Pros: Jimmy was so accommodating. He went above board to be of assistance when checking in and throughout the stay.

Cons: Everything was excellent, no complaints.

Very good stay

Pros: Clean and quiet rooms Everyday new towels Friendly staff Good location, safe neighbourhood.

Cons: Small discussion in the beginning with reception regarding what needs to be paid additionnaly (access to gym etc.). We thought this was additionally above booking price, however reception forgot to tell us that only a % of the total booking price was already charged upfront. No issues thus. Booking price = Final price

Pros: Very good quality-price ratio. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Will come back here again, great acommodation

Pros: The location even though it seemed far it was only a bus away from PABT. The room was really cozy and spacious. The bathroom even though it was shared it was really clean.

Pros: New interior, comfy and the host was very nice. He even helped us with the suitcases. So thoughtful!
