Clean, confort and modern. I really recommend this place.

Pros: The room was very clean. I really recommend this place. It was easy to access by myself.

Cons: Maybe a support for soaps or shampoos could be a ++

Pros: Easy access from New York City via train. Modern and clean. Easy check in.

Pros: Very well set aircon/ventilation. Nothing needed to be done, the interior temperature was just perfect and feel there perfect, easy to sleep. Beds are very soft which mostly people dislike, but it was easy to sleep. Very well sleeping. It was a good experience. Additionally, the cleaning stuff by coincidence removed some our box from the fridge. I claimed that to owner and he organizes that the cleaning stuff did find is, cleaned it and returned it to us. That was very friendly.

Cons: Shared bathroom is always negative, but it is the standard of this accomodation so if you do not want to share with others, you must choose something else... Another negatives, lets say some hints for improvement - e.g. missing sugar in kitchen. Only salt available. So many coffees ! (great) but no sugar at all :-)

Pros: Very Clean - Responsive & Friendly Host - Price - Area seems sketchy at first, but after doing some research, it is one of the better if not the best areas to live in Newark. (Also property prices are higher in that Area). We went back from NYC at around midnight, via Bus (Wouldnt recommend the Newark Penn Station at night) and it was totally fine.

Expectations met

Pros: We got what we paid for. It was close to Penn Station. It was clean

Cons: It was a bit cramped, the host could have a lil more patience.

Modern Guest House best in Newark

Pros: The Property Management, provided almost instant responses to our inquiries, requests, etc... The place was the cleanest and most modern of any in and around Newark. And the location is also the best of the bunch, within walking distance of Newark Penn Station... Terrific

Cons: Nothing. Everything was outstanding and above expectations

Pros: I love the spot. Very convenient location. It was really clean. I love that everything was digital so all I got was a code and I was able to enter. Do you have access to a full kitchen, including your own space in the refrigerator.
