Grear location and space for the price

Pros: Very large and comfortable. A lot of Room for our large party both inside and outside. We also grilled which was convenient. The location was great, close to the park, water and stores. The owner and property manager were responsive. Cleaning supplies available in the home.

Cons: It was older property that could use some updating. The smoke alarms were chirping. The screen doors were broken, the first floor couch was broken, the water pressure in the bathrooms was not great. Only the third floor shower worked well. The oven, coffee machine and grill were very dirty. We used the fire pit but apparently we were not allowed, and the police came to have us put it out. The hot tub didn’t appear to be maintained either. We never got parking passes (but it wasn’t a problem).
