Book this place! You won't regret it.

Pros: The house had everything that was advertised. Very clean and spacious kitchen, tons of common area space for 10 of us to comfortably hang out in, and lots of comfortable bedrooms! We had a few questions during our stay and the host immediately responded. Getting our passes for the gated community was simple and easy. We couldn't ask for a better experience!

Pros: We absolutely loved the house, it was in a great area. All of the rooms were clean and tidy when we arrived. My entire group had a great time.

Cons: The water pressure for the showers wasn’t great

Great house and responsive hosts. Would rent again if cleanliness improves.

Pros: The house was pretty awesome. It was super spacious with plenty of beds. There were multiple open living areas, so we could all spread out. Hot tub and sauna were great. The host was responsive. Location was very convenient to Camelback.

Cons: We did not know that we had to go to the main gate to check into the complex upon arrival. Penn Estates is huge and the gate we tried to enter was over 5 miles away from the main gate, so this was a big detour. The house was not very clean when we arrived. The floors were dusty, we found candy wrappers, a toilet was not flushed, and there was a dirty sock in one of the staircase bannisters. The host did offer to send the cleaning crew but we had already cleaned the house ourselves.
