3 out of 4 nights we stayed were excellent. No fault of the owners for the issues of our 4th night stay. Owners were gre

Pros: Property owners were available 24/7 for any questions/concerns. Property was exactly as described. Great location for bus route into Times Square. Walgreens within walking distance came in handy. Quick ride to/from EWR. Paid deposit as requested and it was refunded back to us as stated in the house policy.

Cons: On our last night there were other people staying in the downstairs apartment that were very loud and kept waking us up. After a short confrontation with the individuals we made the decision for our safety to leave early and wait at the airport for our flight home. Owners were very understanding/apologetic about our decision and shared that they are unable to screen guests when booking.com is used.
