We had a wonderful time with our family but were discouraged with the mice and odor inside the home.

Pros: Close to my family, nice place for kids to keep busy. Abundant, friendly deer \

Cons: Mouse droppings, even tho I cleaned up every day and used Chlorox on counters, etc. - mice made their rounds every night, leaving droppings in the kitchen sink, shelves and drawers. Bait traps laying around in corners and in the kitchen were concerning when our small grandchildren were around. The laundry room and basement smelled like mildew/mold - they need dehumidifier or something to control the dampness. There is not enough light on the front steps once its dark outside - very hard to see the edge of the stairs (lights on both decks - front and back - was fine tho)
