Clean, cosy yet spacious, perfect for our needs.

Pros: As soon as I walked into the cool, clean, scented living room I knew we had struck gold. Great facilities, spacious, super clean, huge bathroom.

Great option for a trip to see the Flyers

Pros: 1) Location in a neighbourhood within walking distance to the centre or up to the sports complex. 2) Super clean and comfortable. 3) Lots of free on street parking 4) Coffee maker and emergency snacks left for us.

Cons: The only thing I would change is adding a bigger bed in the one bedroom. The bed in the 2nd bedroom was just a bit too small for us. (Four guys coming down from Canada for the Flyers game, one of us had to sleep on the couch)

Pros: Nice, cosy apartment fitted for a family with kids. Nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, easy to follow instructions for check in

Cons: It was a bit pricey

Great home for a weekend getaway in Philly

Pros: Cozy clean home. Close to the Eagles stadium. Easy to walk in the neighborhood. Easy access to the home. Very detailed check in. Nice kitchen, huge bathroom, comfortable beds and couches.

Cons: No parking in the area.

Pros: House is pretty complete, with utensils, bedding, and comfortable rooms. Host was nice and fast replying.

Unansehnliche Terrasse, ansonsten gute Unterkunft

Pros: Das Haus sah auf den ersten Blick recht gut aus. Die eine Nacht hat uns gefallen.

Cons: Die Terrasse lag in einem ungemütlichen Hinterhof und war dreckig. Die Tür dort hin, haben wir schnell wieder von innen verschlossen. Wir sind abends spät angereist und haben einen dreckigen Gasherd und eine ölverschmierte Jalousie in der Küche vorgefunden. Nur aus der Not heraus, haben wir uns für eine Essenszubereitung durchgerungen .Die Anzahl der Kochutensilien war mager.

Very happy with this rental!

Pros: Hostess was extremely helpful. We had to book very last minute due to some major issues with a rental that had to be cancelled, and I was impressed by the speed of communication. Friendly, fairly quiet neighborhood (there WAS a party next door, but they didn't go too long). House has nice decor, and you definitely get a feel for living local. Parking was easy. Decent restaurants within a walk, not hard to get around, felt safe (families in houses nearby).

Cons: Typical of an old house, stairs are steep and narrow, you get some creaks here and there, and the upstairs carpet is a bit dated. That said, this is a nice, comfortable place that delivers where it counts.

Came to Pennsylvania for a concert and a Cowboys game in NJ!

Pros: It was cool to stay in an actual home in a traditional Philly neighborhood. The people living in the area were very friendly and inviting to this Cowboys’ fan.

Cons: We had to park our car around the corner, but it was not hard to find a spot.

Pros: Perfect location for visiting our son a couple blocks away. Very comfortable living room furniture, big bathroom, well supplied with the basics of shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons: We were there for a longer stay, and cooked a lot at home. Kitchen storage was challenging. Denise was kind enough to buy bowls, measuring cups, and spoons before we arrived.

Clean and Cozy

Pros: Really nice place to stay. Clean and very well kept. Owner was very accommodating and answered questions almost immediately. Would really consider using this place again if I needed to. Surpringly very quiet neighborhood.

Cons: The neighborhood looked questionable but was surprisingly quiet. Parking is very limited. Can only park on one side of the street. Most streets in the area are all one way. Must be careful when driving.
