Coming back next year!

Pros: The location is so convenient to many coffee shops and restaurants. Plenty of space and laundry machines. Plenty of towels. Appreciated the snacks too.

Cons: Wonderful place. The only thing that could have been better would be spare blankets and maybe a rollaway bed or cot.

Very nice quiet neighborhood and nice place

Pros: It was very clean, great for 6 people or less, super nice backyard and very fancy :]

Cons: It was kind of hard to always go to my room to get stuff because it was on the 3rd floor

Great option for University City stay!

Pros: Easy access and reasonably easy free parking. Close to grocery (Acme) and food (Asad's Chicken is not to be missed). House was comfortable - beds, bathrooms, and living areas. Note: There are a number of stairs (very common to Philly area housing).

It’s a clean, comfortable property centrally located to universities.

Pros: The property was very stylish and clean. The three level property was ideal for our family of six. It was conveniently located near University of Pennsylvania and Drexel. Snacks available upon arrival. Staff very responsive to our needs during our stay.

Cons: Although not a part of the house design, a bathroom on the first floor would have been ideal.
