Good but not 100% up to expectation ...

Pros: Quiet ambience of the house and the location of the property.

Cons: The jacuzi is not usable in winter, but not mentioned specifically in the listing. It is outside and not in an enclosed room. The games room was extremely cold and also not usable (not heating in the garage area). Was a bit of a problem to get the access codes.
