Great location from from the track and spacious.

Pros: The location was good. House was spacious for the most part and the yard was perfect other than garbage left behind in fire pit from previous renters.

Cons: Had to clean out firepit before using, one outside trash can found and it was at the end of driveway already filled from contractor work; so no room for our garbage to be put in there.
