Great stay for big groups and good location

Pros: The house was clean, tidy and spacious for our friends, family, kids and pets. The location was good and about 30 minutes drive to all the activities we had planned. We appreciated the key code to enter as we didn't all come/go at the same time. The owner was great at providing a video with directions to the house at the top of the hill.

Cons: There were more details following the initial booking which I didn't expect and a required form filled out for the residential leasing office. Despite having three cars, we were only permitted to park two of them in front of the house with a mandatory parking pass, while the third car had to be parked at the bottom of the hill. I did notice a few minor maintenance issues within the house, which I promptly communicated to the owner, although they were not major concerns.
