We enjoyed our stay except for the TV experience. Lovely, private scenic location with a homey feel.

Pros: location lovely and private, loved the history of the house, the porch was wonderful and very private, comfortable seating and room size, loved the quilts and the home sweet home sampler

Cons: TV service lacking- kept cutting off, no current programming available shelves of refrigerator needed wiping down
