Excellent Host with attention to detail as soon a we contacted him.

Pros: The kitchen was well set up so we could make our own BF The location was good, we took bus and Subway into NYC daily. Only note here is the OMNI cards don't work on the bus in New Jersey, so if your'e using public transport look into the CORRECT card, We put $220 USD on 4 cards for the 4 of us and could only use on the Subway in NYC.

Pros: Everything was great, Perfect appartment for our 5 people family. Quite big app with efficient A/C and comfy beds. Carlos is very good host, reacts very quickly and is very helpful. I would recommend the place!

Pros: Ha sido un verdadero acierto quedarnos en este apartamento. Carlos ha sido muy atento y nos ha ayudado en todo momento. Al llegar tuvimos un pequeño problema por las fuertes nevadas y Carlos acudió al momento y nos ofreció una rápida solución. Apartamento limpio, bien equipado, cómodo y muy cerca de la parada del autobús para llegar a NY. Sin duda, lo recomiendo al 100%

Carlos war ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Ruhige Lage außerhalb der City, aber dennoch war diese gut erreichbar.

Pros: Ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung. Im Umkreis gibt es viele Geschäfte und einfache Restaurants. (Zu empfehlen: Mi Lindo San Miguel Pupuseria and Restaurant; Salvatorianische Pupusas - echt lecker) Carlos war ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Wir waren im Winter da. Als wir kamen hatte die Heizung im Badezimmer nicht funktioniert. Nach einer Mitteilung über booking.com war Carlos innerhalb kurzer Zeit da und hatte das Problem behoben.

Cons: Man muss beachten, die Unterkunft liegt in New Jersey und nicht in New York. Man erreicht Manhatten zwar gut über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (ca. 30min zum Times Sqare mit dem Bus oder ca. 40min zum WTC mit der U-Bahn), man muss für die verschiedenen Verkehrsverbünde aber jeweils extra Ticketgebühren zahlen.

La mejor opción si quieres un lugar confortable, en un buen sector, muy cerca de Manhattan.

Pros: Excelente atención del anfitrión, excelente ubicación del inmueble, a 2 cuadras pasa la ruta de bus hacia Manhattan, a 2 cuadras supermercados, cajeros, tienda de ropa, restaurante, a 3 cuadras lavandería. El lugar es muy confortable, limpio, la cocina muy completa, habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, todo excelente.

Pros: Es gab eine perfekte Busverbindung nach New York City, Ausstattung war top, tolle Siebträger Kaffeemaschine, Mega Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel Behälter, Fußläufig Supermärkte, Fernseher mit Netflix Möglichkeit. Bad war voll ausgestattet.

Cons: Für eine 5. Person ( Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer) gab es kein vernünftiges Bettzeug und das Spannbettlaken war zu klein.

We loved this staying and enjoyed the time for exploring the whole city.
