Pros: Very comfortable and affordable for those who can't afford hotels in certain places.

Cons: It was a few minor mishaps that I won't mention out of respect but it was a good night's rest

All was perfect

Pros: No breakfast I had a warmth welcome everything was ok ,in place no obstacles. But at the last minute I met a lady who was sociable very polite. So I had a good time. Very satisfied. The only thing I don’t like stairs because of my knees problems. I like the place.

Wonderful value for the cost.

Pros: There is no breakfast provided. This is a basic clean nice room at very low cost.

Cons: Sound carried from other tenants. Awkward to share a bathroom with folks you don't know. Worried a bit about the safety of my car on the street, perhaps unnecessarily.

Relaxing and humble

Pros: The owner was so helpful and so amazing everything was so clean I'll recommend everyone who wants a place just to go and get away to stay here

Cons: The other people who were there were so helpful and nice, and it's close to a Dollar Tree and other stores. Delivery from Uber and DoorDash had no problem finding this place.

Pros: The host was welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean. The host was very communicative throughout my stay. It's super cose to NYC and Jersey City.

Pros: I booked this room for a co-worker in need. I was not the person staying at this facility.

Cons: How my co-worker was in distress, by falling, the door to his room was wide open and the people staying right next to him did not help nor call 911. He was laying there for over 6 hours. This was extremely disappointing. Especially when he was taken away in ambulance and they had the nerve to ask if he was ok when they were there and saw!!!!!!!
