Artsy Hidden Gem --- FREE PARKING

Excellent stat. Definitely recommend.

Pros: The property was very clean and had everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The owners have thought of those small touches that gives you a 10/10 experience. Love the popcorn machine. Room 3 is on the smaller side and the washroom is outside of the room but private, This didn’t affect our experience anyways.

Cons: Nothing but the small room can be a problem for some people.

Pros: The apartment was really very nice with everything you would need available there. The rooms were very clean, cozy with hot water available in bathroom, the apartment had such cute and vibrant energy and decor that I would completely fall in love with the place. The apartment made my trip to Philadelphia one of the best trips.

Pros: Really good atmosphere of the place. All clean and cozy. Nothing to complain about.

Cons: - It would be nice to have a washing machine available but I guess that's how States are. Laundry is 4 blocks away so no biggie.

Aaaaaamazing place!

Pros: This is amazing apartment, so cozy and nicely decorated that you will definitely enjoy it. One of the best we have ever stayed at, and we travelled really a lot. You have all the amanities you need, and it is spacious and clean. Metro station is a minute walk and also nice grocery store is on 10 minutes walking.

Cons: It is near sketchy area of Philadelphia, but that is something everyone probably knows when booking it. We did not feel unsafe or had any problems, just this is good to know if you care about it. We are okay with everything and we felt safe and fine.

It was a clean, comfortable, & homey property with pretty much everything you need for a short stay.

Pros: Becca was great at communicating in advance of my arrival, and was super helpful to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The home was really clean & spotless, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The common space was really nice and the ambience & decors around the house was very warm & homey. The bathroom was separate from the bedroom, but it is just next door over. The neighborhood seems to be going through gentrification and free parking is available if you loop around the blocks. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Beautiful place with a lot of extras! Fresh homemade popcorn ready upon arrival. Fully stocked keurig! The decor was amazing! Ill definitely be back.

Great experience

Pros: It’s a comfortable place. It made me feel home in a way that I felt safe inside. I enjoyed the white noises in the background. Most of the space was decorated with unique pieces

Cons: The location is probably not the best for me so I have to be careful walking around and going out at night.

Nice stay

Pros: Immaculately clean. Back patio was nice to relax in. I liked the code entry for our bathroom. This is aptly named hidden gem. Very comfortable bed. A block away from the metro. Coffee and tea and even decaf coffee offered was very nice. Quiet neighborhood. I have to say again, we were extremely impressed by the cleanliness!

Cons: Free parking is only free if you can find a spot on one one of the streets. Streets to the north are very sketchy. Couldn't find a spot to park so we had to pay to park in a lot and take the metro back. I do wish we knew no shoes before we left for our trip, we would've brough socks from home. We got the check-in message just before noon, so we had to make a stop at walmart on the way.

One of the best valued houses to stay at in the city and great for a first experience in Philadelphia!

Pros: Cozy interior, nice patio, lots of amenities (bathroom toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc.)

Cons: We liked everything!

Pros: Everything! The house is incredibly pretty, well equipped and organized. Bedroom is big, beds are comfortable, bathroom is brand new and perfectly clean. If I go back to Philly I will not even look for another place to stay. I loved this place.

Cons: Finding a parking spot can be tricky in the evening.
