Just a great relaxing experience.

Pros: The employees and management went above and beyond. Loved that they had a Starbucks inside the hotel. Also pool and jacuzzi temperatures were perfect.

Cons: Honestly rooms weren’t dirty but they could be cleaner.

Overnight stay for family event close by. Restful sleep on comfortable bed and quiet surroundings.

Excellent, enjoyed it very much and I will return.

Pros: Staff was accommodating when I requested an early check in to be able to attend my event in the afternoon. When I left, it was snowing and they lent me a brush for my car to clean the snow. The Bistro had a delicious avocado toast and a mocha that I enjoyed during the snow. Staff is very nice and welcoming.

Good.

Pros: The location was good and the service people were very friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and very clean. We would stay again.

Cons: The breakfast buffet was terrible! We only ate it once. The eggs were not real, the bacon was cold, and the French toast was mushy. It would have been nice to have some options.

Great value!

Pros: The support at the front desk when we checked in was wonderful. The kindest woman helped us switch rooms because the noise from the HVAC in our first room was too loud. She was gracious and accommodating, helping us find local restaurants and welcoming us to the area.

Cons: Our first room on the 4th floor was under some rooftop equipment and vibrated with tremendous noise.
