Excellent, peaceful and relaxing

Pros: Perfect location, close to places to eat and drink, easy to get to wherever I needed to be.

Pros: The room had a super comfortable king-size mattress to rest on.

Cons: I didn't like that the included breakfast isn't buffet-style; you have to rely on a waiter and rely on a menu. The indoor pool has a very strong smell of Clorox. They should have odor extractors or open a door to ventilate the area, which is completely enclosed.

Confortable, clean, and convenient to visit Philadelphia

Pros: Confortable and clean, no noisy Good equipments This hotel is not far from a metro station which allows you to be very fast in Philadelphia downtown I do recommend this hotel !

Cons: Suggestion : to include a breakfast in the formula

Pros: Waiter service at breakfast which was good. Staff pleasant and efficient. Beds really comfy. Great to have guest laundry.

Pros: Room was very clean with all the facilities you would need. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. location was perfect, everywhere I needed to get to was with-in a 30 minute drive., including the airport.

Pros: We have been coming to this hotel for the past 20 years , The hotel changed management a few years ago and was remodelled and is modern in design super comfortable beds clean room and friendly staff. There was a manager making rounds daily and making sure all our needs were taken care of .

Cons: One of the reasons that I personally like coming to this hotel is that it has 2 pools one outdoor and another indoor , the indoor one is heated . Before the change of management the indoor pool was not working It needed repair, and before booking since I only like heated pools I made sure it was open and the heating was functioning- I remember very clearly how hot it was in the past but unfortunately there was only 1 Jet barely heating the whole indoor pool and the other 2 were broken and not working and this one jet was not enough to heat up the whole pool so basically the pool was very cold . Also the pool needs a paint job since it’s very deteriorated and peeled off . I was looking forward to enjoying the heated pool but I was not able to go swimming . This issue will be a determining factor in booking here again or not.

Pros: The beds are a good height for wheelchair users to transfer to and from.

Cons: Wheel chair accessible roll in shower could use a little more room. Wheelchair accessible rooms could have a Hoyer for transfer to make life easier.
