Extended Stay America Suites - Elizabeth - Newark Airport

Its is comfortable, clean, and cosy. The staff is amazing.

Pros: It is a cosy private space. The staff is supportive and takes care of the extra needs, are very kind and considerate.

Just okay.

Pros: The room was clean but the refrigerator rattled. It made it hard to sleep.

Cons: The noise.

Pros: Location close to the airport and a few meters from a large mall. The reception staff are very polite and always available to help with anything we ask for. The employee who drives the shuttle in the afternoon; evening.

Cons: The furniture is decadent, the bathroom needs to be completely renovated.

Clean, convenient. Met all of our needs!

Pros: We made a few special requests which were honored quickly and easily. Shuttle was readily available when we needed to return to the airport. 10 min. walk to a huge mall where you can catch a NJ Transit bus that gets you to NYC Port Authority in a half hour!

Overall I was pleased with my stay. It served it's purpose and I would definitely book here again.

Pros: The room had mostly what I needed. Checking in was a breeze as well as checking out. There wasn't a breakfast bar but they did have some coffee available every morning, however I don't drink coffee so I didn't utilize that service.

Cons: What I didn't like was that a few times I could hear children running up and down the hallway. Not in a manner of going to / from the room to elevator but in the way of playing tag. When I would pop into the hallway to see what's going on the parent(s) of the children were there watching them play. That's really the only thing I didn't like.

Pros: I was very happy with my stay as always. Nice and helpful stuff. We were early and my daughter was a little bit sick but they fix a room for us immediately. Thanks

My stay was enjoyable.

Pros: The location was convenient to the mall and airport.

Cons: The breakfast was lacking.

It was a nice stay. I think the cost was expensive. I was surprised with a $100 deposit unknowingly.

Pros: I liked the location. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels.

Cons: I didn’t like that there was not a warmer blanket on the bed. I also did not like that there was no one available to speak to when I checked out.

Pros: We stayed here for 9 days and had a great experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Ray, Tiaira, and Eddie — Eddie kindly helped with our luggage and warmly hugged us goodbye. We truly felt welcomed and would gladly stay here again.
