Very clean, quiet, and excellent value.

Pros: room and building very clean....nearly new. Great hot shower and towels. Nice large tv.

Cons: They do not have 24/7 desk personnel (which is why I did not give full marks for personnel), but the guy on the desk when I arrived was great, I got in before 5 PM. The room had a full kitchen but no dishes or anything to eat with. Seems that should be a minimum---enough for two people at least. No restaurants within walking distance.

Good location,close to eateries and close enough to the event I went to.

Pros: Good location. quiet and a very comfortable bed.Close to places to eat.Receptionist was personable and knowledgeable of local places to eat. I liked the height of the bed off the floor.Good

Cons: TV channels were minimal but I wasn’t in the room that long,might would make a difference if I was there a couple of weeks.Not sure if the vinyl plank flooring was a negative,if I were staying longer I would like it better because it would be easier to clean.

Pros: Wood spring suites is very much geared toward extended stay. Check in was quick. Facilities are very clean. Beds are reasonably comfortable. Great water pressure. For the price is a great value. Would recommend.
