From check-in to check-out, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Fauchere.

Pros: The location was great. The staff was friendly and welcoming. After we checked in, we took a walk around Milford, which is a lovely town. We had a wonderful, relaxed dinner in the hotel at Bar Louis. Our room, although small, was comfortable. The Bathroom was spacious and well appointed. The included breakfast was a buffet, but perfectly prepared, with a variety of delicious offerings.

Cons: The room could have used a chair. The bed was comfy, but there was no place it sit otherwise.

This was a delightful stay in a well maintained, beautiful, historic hotel.

Pros: The location, luxe bedding, tasteful snd classic decor, and the beautiful balcony. Both the restaurant t and bar were great additions.

Cons: The breakfast could use some improvement.

The hotel itself is well maintained and comfortable. We were happy that it is pet friendly as well.

Pros: It was adequate. We were told that the breakfast buffet started at 8am which it did. We arrived very close to that time but the egg dish was cold and didn't seem freshly prepared.

Cons: We also ate dinner at the hotel. Again, adequate but not exceptional by any means. Salad was light on the roasted beets. Hamburger wasn't the highest quality meat. Dessert (tarte tatin) was not good at all. Tasted like canned apple pie filling thrown on top of puff pastry.

Pros: Beautiful historic hotel that has been well cared for. Fun town at the top of the Delaware Water Gap. Great location for motorcycling. Phenomenal restaurant and bar

Perfect

Pros: It was a very special birthday and the staff did everything to make it perfect. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the room was one of the nicest I’ve ever experienced.

Cons: I would not recommend the front rooms due to road noise.
