DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Mount Laurel

My hotel room was clean and no smoke smell. And the staff was very nice and friendly.

Pros: I requested for an omlet and it was brought to me nice and hot. I offered to pay for my food before getting it and i was told before paying you 1st enjoy eating. The staff was very nice they went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The restaurant manager kept me laughing.

Cons: Even though I paid for the hotel room before i came I still had to pay a deposit before getting the room. And the deposit does not get refunded when you check out. Other than that every thing else was wonderful.M

We had a great stay.

Pros: We had an excellent Salmon dinner in the restaurant. The service was superb.

It was perfect between redz dinning and breakfast then the kids get to swim

Pros: The staff treated me like a guest … between Eric in Redz and Jackie up front… I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back

Pros: We arrived early evening and we were greeted by two very pleasant male receptionists. We asked where we could go out to dinner and they graciously guided us. However, since it was raining, we decided to eat at the hotel’s restaurant. The food and service was perfect! We had a very nice night. The king room is spacious and well divided, plenty of space for luggage. Mini kitchen counter is also extremely helpful. We enjoyed free coffee in the morning. Hot breakfast was around $15 per person. The receptionists were constantly checking on us by text message and they were extremely helpful and resourceful when we had questions. Overall very nice experience

Cons: Personally I am not a fan of carpeting in hotel rooms, I feel it is never clean enough

Cons: הבריכה לא מתוחזקת וזה בלשון המעטה, מלוכלכת מאוד מים עכורים וזה בשיא העונה , חבל! ניקיון לחדר לא בוצע אם לא התקשרנו לבדוק למה לא ניקו
