Pros: The staff was really nice and the location it's pretty convenient, there are a lot of near nice places, stores, coffee shops. And if you need to go to somewhere far there are a lot of subway stations around the area. No need for check in/check out long waiting times, everything is with codes and it gives a lot of flexibility.

Cons: The bed sounds a lot and there is a lot of noise from other rooms and the halls (everytime someone is walking near to your room, going up from the stairs, you will listen the steps, and you can hear the persons that are in close rooms. I mean, it's fine, and it makes sense because of the space and the construction of the building but it could be annoying sometimes). It doesn't have an elevator.

Convenient location and value for money - with the most wonderful staff.

Pros: Great location. Fantastic communication. Staff all friendly and very helpful. Conviennent having fridge and microwave in the room. Staff super helpful getting bag to the room and helping me get reconnected with lost item. Had a room with bathroom which was great and good size. Located very handy to trains and bus.

Cons: My room only had limited natural light. Not too much of an issue when you come in late, but nice to have it in the morning to know the weather. Would benefit from a lamp beside the bed.

Perfect choice for a couple of days

Pros: Excellent location,clean, friendly staff and useful things like fridge, microwave and coffee maker (lifesaver)

Cons: A bit squeaky bed but with earplugs it’s ok

Pros: Compact and efficient, very welcoming and helpful staff, good position for tourists and fair prices. the room w private bathroom that was well kept and tidy.

Cons: Maybe just the small and steep stairs but that’s that really.

Pros: The location was unbeatable. Although a little concerned about sharing a bathroom between 2 rooms it was ok. No issues. The staff made the trip. My partner went down everyday for free lobby coffees and a chat and said how friendly everyone of the staff members were. The room although very small was in a great New York location so when that was taken into account it was quite good valve. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this room and motel again.

Pros: Location was amazing, full of great restaurants, stores and gyms. Staff was super nice and the room was clean, cozy and warm. Overall, it had a great cost benefit.

Cons: They didn't have a lift but that was fine by me. The bed was also not that comfortable.

Cons: Very small rooms but it is an old building in NYC so to be expected

Pros: room is more than enough for 1 week stay in NY bed is good room and bathroom is clean location is perfect mid Manhattan easy acces to metro ( 2min) best location in NY ( safe and clean) restaurant in the proximity of the hotel

Cons: because i was at the last floor and there was no elevator - but it's not that much of a hustle
