Pros: I normally book with Redroof at this location because they accommodate me in the 1st or 2nd floor as I always request! They are very nice staff friendly and helpful.

Cons: Everything looked clean except the toilet 🚽, had some stuff around and pieces of toilet paper 🧻! Other than that was ok!

Pros: Restaurant wasn't open. There was always coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. Staff was always very kind, friendly and helpful.

Cons: It should have a cheaper rate when people are staying for a longer period of time. I was looking for a monthly rate not a 3 or 4 day rate.

I told them I'll be back if I have occasion to stay in Lancaster.

Pros: Staff was really great and the location was in walking distance from the concert I attended. Easy parking, access to major roads and hot coffee in the lobby! 😊
