A good hotel, but with many nuances.

Pros: I stayed at this hotel for 13 days. It's located in the heart of the business district, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. A good grocery store is around minute walk away. The building has two rooftop lounges, one with a garden and pool, and the other with a garden, dog walking zone and barbecue areas. The heated pool is very spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed it every day. There are also plenty of coworking and relaxation areas on the same floor. A gym with all the necessary equipment. The apartment itself is very spacious, cozy, and bright, with a full kitchen, washing and drying machines. Good soundproofing, no noise disturbed us. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Plenty of closet space.

Cons: Unfortunately, there were plenty of negative aspects, too. It started with the lack of a welcome email after booking. The check-in itself was unfriendly. The coffee grinder was broken (thought it was fixed), the hair dryer blew scalding air (they replaced it with a brand new one, thank you), the range hood over the stove had broken parts, and one burner didn't work. The shower pressure in the bathroom was too powerful and couldn't be adjusted. Splashes flew onto the wall and floor. The plumber never showed up after our complaint. The bathroom smelled of marijuana three times. The alarm went off twice. The phone in the number didn't work. The number was only cleaned once. There were grease stains on the chair and the sofa was uncomfortable. Cleaning cloths, oven mitts, hot pads, and wine glasses would be helpful. The kitchen is large, but there are so few dishes and useful items. The bedroom is very austere, like a hospital ward. The floor was dirty. The staff clearly lacks hospitality.

Highly recommend Roost East Apartments, everything you need for a great holiday.

Pros: Location was perfect for all the tourist activities. Was easy to negotiate the train system but I walked just about everywhere. The staff were amazing too. Great to have private laundry facilities.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, friendly and amazing staff!

Pros: The rooms are spacious and well equipped. We had a fully functional kitchen, washer and dryer and a living room and bedroom. It’s very practical and very comfortable. The third floor is also great. It has a nice terrace, spacious social areas, coffee and some pool tables to enjoy on a rainy day.

Excellent option, especially if staying for more than a few days.

Pros: The apartment quality and layout, and the guest facilities.

Cons: Lower apartments on the 12th Stret side experience some street noise and vent noise from across the road, which some may find bothersome.
