AKA Rittenhouse Square

Excellent stay in a chic hotel in an excellent part of Philadelphia

Pros: Staff were excellent and went above and beyond to make us comfortable when our flight was cancelled

Pros: We had a lovely stay at AKA. Everything was great - the room, bed, space, cleanliness, not noisy and the staff were very attentive. Highly recommend, we will go back!

Exceptionally friendly staff, superb location, beautiful historic building - outstanding

Pros: This is an absolutely exceptional place. Prime location, the suite was in fact a large, fully equipped apartment with high ceilings in a beautiful historic building in a part of the city that has a London vibe. That is all there, but what really makes AKA Rittenhouse Square stand out are the people. The welcome note by Bianca was hand written and truly personalised, a bottle of wine awaited us in the living room and we had great fun with the assistant whose name was actually London... When I sadly had to leave early due to a medical emergency, one night was actually taken off the bill - that had never happened to me anywhere else in decades of travelling. We are already planning our next stay there.

A brilliant stay in a great location.

Pros: The apartment was fantastic, very big and spacious. Modern looking, overlooking Rittenhouse Square. The room amenities were great, bed was comfortable. The television was modern and had all channels needed. Shower was great too. Staff were lovely and informative. I'd highly recommend the hotel, it's in a great area of Philadelphia.

Cons: The coffee machine was not near a plug socket so I had to move it to the floor where there was one lol

Great location with great staff!

Pros: The location was perfect! And most importantly Wister who was at the front door was super nice and helpfull. He will be the reason for us to come back aka!

Cons: The bed was a little bit small

Pros: The location is excellent. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Wister and his colleagues at the reception were very helpful, friendly and professional. The restaurant was also very good.

Cons: The chairs at the small dining table were a bit flimsy.

Pros: Perfect Location for exploring the city. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Spacious rooms with nice facilities located in the centre of the city. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. There's also a gym and cinema located inside.

Cons: The shower pressure was quite weak and not as hot as I would have liked it to be.

Pros: The hotel is Ok BUT the smell of cooking in the hotel
