Pros: The whole environment is clean and spacious. The sitting room with the waterfront view is a big bonus - we can see sunset and ships- beautiful scenery. We were given a pretty snack tray as a welcoming treat - we all love it. The facilities and equipment are modern and easy to use. Our host is friendly and helpful. This is a very good experience for us. I especially love the ensuite master bedroom.

Cons: Nothing.

Primera familia española en el apartamento. Reencuentro familiar..

Pros: Kelyssa la dueña es muy amable y está pendiente de hacer tu estancia en su casa muy agradable y acogedora. La casa está muy cuidada y permitió disfrutar de NY y descansar. Para desplazarse entre NJ y NY puedes optar por diversos medios de transporte público (autobuses, tren ligero, PATH) y eso lo hace interesante para no depender solo de Taxi, si viajas como nosotros sin vehículo propio.

Pros: L'endroit est chaleureux, ensoleillé, propre et confortable. La vue est magnifique. Les petites attentions de notre hôte ont été grandement appréciées.

Cons: Stationnement très étroit. Difficile de se stationner.

Pros: Gute Lage .Tip: mit dem Auto nach Staten Island ins Parkhaus an der Mall und mit der Fähre for free nach Manhatten . Ansonsten mit dem Bus nach 🗽 Die Besitzerin ist ein Engel Direkter Blick aufs Wasser Ruhige Wohngegend
