Pros: Although the facilities are a bit old compared to the stay seven years ago, overall they are still good.!NiceThe room is large, the heating is sufficient, and there is free parking and a gym. we happened to encounter heavy snowfall in New York and enjoyed the beautiful snow scenery at the hotel!

Well managed hotel

Pros: The staff was excellent. Despite it being a holiday weekend they went above and beyond. Very pleasant.

Cons: Wish they had waffles at the breakfast buffet.

Pros: The staff was excellent, the facilities are well maintained.

Cons: The pool was very cold, and it took effort to get in. We found ourselves not using it in the last day. The hot tub was with too much chlorine. The windows are not 100% noise proof, so there is noise from rooms that are facing towards the highway.

We had a lovely stay

Pros: Clean & comfortable room. Breakfast was very nice & kitchen staff kept the buffet well presented & tables clean. Nice pool.

Cons: The toaster in the dining room isn’t suited for the # of guests who use it. It’s frustrating.

Pros: Great, spacious room at a great value. Conveniently located across from the mall and just a song's throw from Dover. Big comfy suites and pet friendly to boot.
