A really spacious and well located property. It is exactly what it says on the tin!

Pros: We loved the location, the light and the ambience in the property. It's spacious and well located and very airy. An easy to 'live' in property that is a hop and a skip away from the iconic Brooklyn Bridge. The landlord and property manager were super responsive too which always makes a difference.

Cons: The main door is a bit of a let down which you consider how beautiful the property is once you enter the apartment.

Great location, clean, comfortable and stylish

Pros: We had a great stay at this apartment in Dumbo! The space was exactly as described—bright, clean, and very roomy. The living area was perfect for relaxing, and we appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen to make coffee and breakfast before heading out. All three bedrooms were comfortable, and the two bathrooms made it super convenient for our group. Location-wise, it was fantastic—close to the Brooklyn Bridge and just a short ride from Manhattan. We loved exploring the area, which had a trendy, walkable vibe. Wifi was reliable, and having Netflix was a nice bonus for winding down at night. Overall, everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Would definitely recommend this spot if you’re visiting NYC and want a stylish, comfortable place to stay in Brooklyn.
